Job Summary

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Senior Material Coordinator orchestrates the complex logistical flow of heavy materials from surface laydown yards directly to the active underground projects. The coordinator will meticulously track international and domestic equipment shipments, maintain the absolute integrity of the material master databases within the ERP, and utilize historical data to accurately forecast long-range inventory needs.

This role is vital to preventing stock-outs of critical spares that could halt the mining advance.

Qualifications & Experience

The applicant must possess a formal Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. A minimum of five years of highly relevant experience in material coordination and heavy freight tracking is required, demanding exceptionally strong data analysis skills and the ability to build accurate forecasting models.

As the site grows, the role will increasingly support planning accuracy, operational readiness, and efficient communication between engineering, technical services, and production crews to ensure uninterrupted project delivery.
