Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Material Coordinator, the Stores Supervisor provides direct oversight for all daily warehouse and surface laydown operations.

Key Responsibilities

The supervisor manages the highly controlled receipt, secure storage, and authorized issuance of specialized mining materials, explosives, and engineering spares. The incumbent will enforce strict inventory control protocols, perform regular, rigorous physical stock checks, and ensure accurate, real-time inventory reconciliation within the ERP system to prevent shrinkage.

Qualifications & Experience

The position requires a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. A minimum of five years of dedicated warehouse management experience, specifically gained within a high-volume mining or heavy industrial environment, is mandatory, showcasing strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
